My S88 travels at least once a week, sometimes 6 or 7 times a week during high season. It gets used at home (when it's not in the truck between gigs) everyday.

Make sure you get the Regular sized case for the X8, not the Slim case, as it will not fit. I have a Gator for my S88, and and older SKB for my JV-90. Hands down the SKB's are worth the extra money.
