Ultimate Strings CD

Purchased the Ult. Str CD from East West. They said it's formated for Roland. I have Windows XP. My computer keeps telling me it cant read it. Is there a special program I need to install into my acomputer or will the Fantom X editor be able to read it. If someone can give me a step by step I'd appreciate it.
