Greyed-out Part in a Studio Set

I forget, how do I make this part active?

I should know this.....!

Change it from sample pad to MIDI?

I do it from sequencer view, scroll to the 'TYPE' column for that part and change from PAD to MIDI.

But you can also MENU > Studio Set Common > General > Pad Part Select - Set to OFF
