weird patch sounds after V2 download

Hi everyone, thanks for this great informative site for an awesome synth.
I just received my new V-synth yesterday, spent half the day trying to upload the files to V-synth.
I had both the Roland download&the one from here.I had trouble with the download and kept getting error message after pressing button 8.
I was finally able to upload it after using the files from here, the Rom file and the disk mirror one.
My problem is I am getting a warped sound from some of the patches, sounds like a warped record(I'm sure some of you remember them)lol.
The worst ones are Mystic Rap,Arkestra,Oriental Vox and even Ocean Saws and there are more.
Does anyone know what could be wrong?
Did I miss a file? Is it my synth?

I am pretty much a computer illiterate so I may need extra help.

Thanks so much, looking forward to being a part of this great community.

Ok, I figured out what's causing the warped sound.
I have my Nord Lead 3 on the second tier of my keyboard stand and it's triggering the D-beam.
The patches which are affected have the pitch setting turned on for those patches.
I will either have to have it turned off for those or see if I can minimize the default even lower on the D-beam setting.

Thanks

thanks tel3trOnn for taking time to reply to my problem.
I did as you suggested and recalibrated the D-beam and it works great.
God I love this synth, so much potential to create new sounds.
I can't wait til I get the VC-01 card from Roland.
thanks again.

I went through that a while back with a sound module that was sounding all messup up. I was using the V-Synth as a controller for it.

The sound module was mounted in a desk rack close enough to above the d-beams to mean that everytime I tweaked something on the module - the d-beam would sense the movement and send some random CC to the sound module that made a real mess of lfo settings or something.
