Missing Cloud/Zenology plug in for Reaper

I think I updated to the latest version of cloud manager and its removed my cloud vst from Reaper..Re installed zencore and cloud manager but no go,
What next

C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\Roland\ZENOLOGY
The VST file is there but Reaper scans that folder and says in cannot read script....There is a script folder in the path
