Thanks @FpxRD88, I sent that video (or one very similar) to Roland, but they said "...this remedy does not solve the issue that you have reported, which is in fact, the motion of the keys coming to rest producing the noise you have experienced. This is indeed normal performance of the keys and shouldn't hamper playability of the FP-30X when played at normal level.” It's not normal performance though as we found at least two later batch FP-30X's that didn't have the same rebound sound - full details are available in Piano World: https://bit.ly/FP30Xnoise
