Tuning
30 Sep 2022, 23:16How can this be???
On several (if not all) preset sounds, if I play an octave above any played note, it is out of tune? I have checked original settings and pitch is set to A440, and there are no other offsets that I can see. Bear in mind I am a complete newbie, but I have not changed anything (that I am aware of) to cause this, yet it is quite obvious. I noticed this first on the "JP8 Strings" where the octave above is flat, to the point I had to use the pitch wheel to get it back in tune. I thought it may be because in my twilight years, and using headphones, I may have mis-heard it, but during a rehearsal, everyone looked at me adn said "you're flat". I'm not sure how this can happen, but hopefully someone in this forum will have an answer...preferably a simple one. Thank you in advance.
