Keyboard switch not working in sequencer

You must perform the changes of pads during recording to be recorded with the song.

However, even inactive parts will be played in sequencer if there's data recorded to them.

Keep in mind that switch groups has been implemented to be used for live.

First, can I check exactly what you are trying to do?

I presume you have recorded some music/sounds/midi data on certain tracks (saved as a SONG) and want to play along with what you have recorded on other tracks and that it is those tracks other that you want to use the keyboard switch functions on to play live parts on the keyboard?

You can not use the keyboard switch function to switch to and play already recorded tracks, as a sort of mixer. It only selects the groups you have selected/stored in each Pad Grouping to play them live on the keyboard.

I presume that when you have selected all of the groupings you are saving them in the Studio Set.

If you are trying to record a Song whilst using the Pad Switching function it does not record/store that change in the Song. If that what your trying to do it has to be done another way. Shout if that what you want explaining.

Pad Mode 7 is to switch in and out 'partials' that make up an individual tone/patch/sound.

Ok, thanks for your answers. So the only way to do this while playing a song is using the mute part function. I would liked to use the keyboard switch groups because it would mean pressing only one pad each time, instead 3 or 4 according to what I want to sound or mute.
