YAY!
I love Boutiques, thank you Roland!
JD-08 has been ordered!

JD-08, is the one I would get too. So many controls in a really tight space, though. Those small faders are so finicky to deal with. I will likely have to rely on a software GUI, to handle the synth, but it would be cool to have those original waveforms and effects accessible, plus more polyphony and the built in sequencer.

I saw no mention of a chord memory, like found on the JU-06A and the SH-01A, I hope it includes one?

I was so happy to see this!!

Excellent!!

I'm going for the JX first, I think everyone will go after the JD.

One thing that I'm curious about it: what if you have the PG-800? Can you use that with it?
I have one stashed for the day I could get a MKS-70 :)

The JD-08, oh boy that looks good too...... I have a JD-990, I wonder how the two compare? Redundant to have both?
I always wanted a JD-800 as it was a native controller for the JD-990...... can this one do the same I wonder?

So happy Roland is giving us some new boutiques!! These look really interesting.

Oh, these are ABM boutiques...... not ACB.

A little bit of a letdown, but still exciting.
When I was searching for what the poly count was (which wasn't easy to find) I figured they used a better chip and it was ACB..... nope.

Still, they sound great it just would have been nice to get an engine what was above what Roland Cloud has (and hardware should always trump cloud IMO).

The JD-08 is fine because that was digital anyway but the JX-08, yeah, a bit of a let down.
