23 Oct 2021, 00:18Since nothing is being heard and everything is mostly quiet, I guess December 2021 at the earliest and January 2022 at the latest.
2.51 ? 2.60 ? 3.00 ?
A new pack of tones, this time to be placed on zone 3 ( already V-Piano tones only for zone 1 and VTW (Virtual Tone Wheel) type only for zone 2 ) ?
They didnt come togheter but togheter could be called "The exclusive trio".
Whatever might come now and then, it would be very welcome indeed. Still, including any/some/many/most/all of the written wishes deployed hereabouts by very many of us since 2019 would be very nice of Roland.
Anyway, ready to circumnavigate...?

28 Oct 2021, 11:56To me the most important thing would be V-Synth update. Without Variphrasing the Fantom is incomplete and broken to me. The clip based sequencer just needs time stretch and pitch shift.

This year, the winter expo was postponed to June .... That affected this schedule...

My pessimistic side is guessing they will provide more instruments. The only glaring instruments missing that I currently care about are GM/GM2/GS compatibility. It would also be nice to get more classic synths like they did with the Jupiter 8, and iArpeggio.

19 Nov 2021, 10:05Variphrase/Flextime and fades for sampling would be the best thing to add really, right now that side is so primitive and well behind their own older products. Also external storage support.
The updates have been coming out less and less often. There may not be any more if it follows traditional Roland product strategy.
