Hello,

I want to know if there is a function on the Jupiter Xm allowing to hold what I just played until I play another note or chord.

Thanks

In the Scene Common Edit page, you can assign S1, S2 or S3 button to HOLD function, with momentary or latch mode.

Hi
Thanks for the answer
It hold the chord, but the hold does not stop when I play another chord. Is there a solution ?

Maybe I should buy the DP pedal.... But I dont have any grey clips for cables, and if an integrated function exists it would be less expensive

Yes, it's better to have a pedal.
Do you think it is essential to have these grey clips to prevent magnetic interferences on the cable of the pedal ?
I only have one, and it seems it is impossible to buy this gear

Thanks

In the manual, they say to attach a grey ferrite core to the cable of Mic/ AUX in/ Hold pedal.

I use a korg pedal PS-3 and a DI'BOX in MIC IN on my XM without ferrite core, I didn't notice anything.

So I can use any model of pedal for HOLD, even if it is not the DP model? No risk of tension problem?

No, this is just a momentary switch, and there is an option in SYSTEM to set polarity if needed.

I bought an Alctron Ps1, seems to work!
I just had another question : when I modify something in the system section, it is necessary to touch write to save?

Yes, if you want to keep modifications.
