JP-08 wont let me save patches

I've ben trying to save patches by overwriting a default one but to no avail. v 1.2.1
These are the steps I take:

Create a new patch on Patch Number 13
Press Patch Preset 1 release
Press and Hold Patch Preset 3 until it blinks.
No joy :-(

Any ideas anyone as to how to fix this. Or better still what am I doing wrong?

Solved it is patch number that needs to be held down not Patch Preset.
So if saving to patch 13

Select 1 Patch Number and hold down
Then select patch number 3

Patch is now saved as 13
