Roland FA-08 backgrond noice

Hi there,

Is there anyone who have the same problem like me.

When i put the volume higher then i here a background noise when i'm not playing any note.
It's like a sissing sound. (ssssssssss)

Or is this normal?

Nope, i don't get that. Have you anything connected into the line-in of the FA that could be generating such noise?

Yes! it the mic that make that noise even when the mic is off.
Now i unplug the mic and the noise is gone.
