Keyboard monitor

I'm looking for a speaker system for my home studio.
Shoud I go for a mono monitor where I cannot experience my pan settings, or a stereo speakers like KRK ROCKIT 6/8?
How many watts do i need to go for a 4x 5m home studio?
I normally do midi compositions with keyboard & DWA.
Pls advice and let me know wots your setup and thanks in advance..

You have to go stereo for sure...not a question...
Mono amps never make keyboards sound good, even the very high end ones...
Recording and studio work require stereo and I think the KRK 6 would be plenty for a small room.
