Custom arpeggiator- is it possible??

OK, maybe this sounds very "nooby" question (yeah I still new), but I'm just curious; is that possible to create our own arpeggiator lines instead choosing from the presets? Can the Juno-Di editor do this?

Not a big problem to me, I'm just curious...
