Phrase appegio information

Can anyone help me?
I've recorded a bass phrase into a track using the FG's preset arps, now i've come to the point where i want to change to lets say a chorus, but cant find the arp I used for the bass riff in the verse, is there a way of finding out which arp and its associated parameters are assigned to a phrase? as its taking ages for me to go through every arp on board the FG to find out which one i used.
