making cd from protools tracks

How do I turn my turn my pro tools tracks into cds? are they in the right form to play in itunes? tips helps greatly appreciated!!!!!

Answered my own question...go to file. bounce to disk!!!!!! word

Assuming you are recording in at least 24 bit. You need to apply dither so that it can be brought down to 16 bit properly.

A more pristine way to mix down your tracks would be to create a layback.
