MFX bypass?

MFX bypass?

Hi, I was trying to make patch which modulation was affecting 'manual' parameter of Humanizer MFX.. so it was like when I bend modulation, sound will go 'uwwaah!'. Everything's fine, but one thing - it seems, that even if 'manual' is set to 100 (bend sens is negtive to do the trick), so when I'm not using modulation, sound is already affected by MFX. Is there a way to assign modulation wheel to something like 'MFX output' (I noticed only in Matrix Control something like chorus/reverb send)? So sound is only proccessed by MFX when I use mod-wheel?

Too bad nobody knows what's it's like.. so maybe is is possible to achieve 'wah' effect without actually using it in MFX? Maybe something with resonance or LFO?

maybe there is dry - wet balance in wah MFX? .... or you can obtain somethind similar applying lfo to cutoff and that can me modulated by modwheel

I don't think there's something like dry/wet ballance in MFX control.. but I'll check later to be sure. Thx for your reply.

there is no wet - dry parameter in humanzer, indeed.... but you can make two patches - one effected and the other not effected and assign system control to their volume(or tone level) in opposite directions( ctrl sens +63 to one and - 63 to another).... then when one volume is raising, the other lowers...
my english is not perfect, but this should work

p.s. all this you should do in performance mode as only there you can play two patches simultaniously

Wow, this is a great idea! No worries, I'm using performance mode almost always (I'm playing songs in via live settings, so it's ok). But wow, your solution seems to be very nice! Even I can make different patch only for modulation effect! This is great, I'll check this out, but I'm sure it'll work! Thanks a lot :)
