Help, theres a line running across the LCD of my XT

3/4 of the way down the LCD screen is a thin line running from left to right, flickering and distorting the display a little bit.

Can I get rid of this somehow or am I stuck with it, will it get worse, should I call the doctor, the cops, the FBI.. somebody please please help!

I'd take it to a Roland service center because it's likely a dying LCD. All you can try is reach the LCD connector bay and re-connect it.
