file conversion

I've done it before quite a while ago and can't remember how I did it.

I saved a .SVQ in the sequencer. I need to load it to a audacity to convert the wave.

How did I make the SVQ into a recognizable file such as a .WAV?

Please help me with this brainfart!

SAMPLING -> Resampling, start recoqding and then play your song.

The SVQ file is saved as a song not a sample.

Does this matter?

Unless I am missing something, I tried re-sampling, but cannot play the song while in the re-sampling mode.
