Hot to transpose single lines

I just bought a Fantom X6 yesterday and are allready verry addicted ...
Besides playing piano, I also play in a little chamber orchestra. As a practice for the fantom, I tried to enter the different lines into the fantom. There is this nice "Transpose" function, where I can input for example the clarinet in B (instead of C). While recording I suddenly realised, that fantom only transposes all lines in the mixer and not as my wish single ones.
Is it possible to transpose only single lines?
