Hi all, Just to let you know that the issue was caused by the driver from another midi interface (midiman midisport 2x2). After removing it and its driver all is fine. Have fun with your Jup-x(m)'s all !

Yeah I think you're right, it's quite a setup to search every USB installed driver version from other equipment which might be causing the issue. I already see the versions are not always available in the system report.....
