Cannot get drivers to work

Windows 10
Fantom 06 USB installed driver, it showed up in Reaper as a driver to select but no inputs or outputs...
uninstalled re-installed and now I dont see the driver at all. Trying to record directly to pads from PC

I'm sorry if you've already set it up properly your Fantom, but seems that USB MIDI Mode on the Fantom isn't set to VENDOR mode.

Did that already...is this supposed to be an ASIO driver?
After installing the driver it doesnt show up in my DAW reaper.
Oddly enough when I unplug the USB cable I hear my computer disconnecting

Reaper sees my fantom as a midi device but my PC wont allow me to selected it as an audio device so I can sample from PC to pads.
Mt PC sees it in the USB tab but I cannot select it to be soundcard.

Please help ...using Vendor drivers ,..have uninstall/re installed

RTFM

Press the [MENU] button.
Touch <SYSTEM>.
Touch <GENERAL> tab.
Select “USB Driver”, and set it to “VENDOR”.
Press the [WRITE] button to save the SYSTEM settings.
Turn the power off, then on again.
