MC 101 Updates rant

I love my MC101 but while browsing for sampling and managing pads programming I stumbled upon the new Aira P-6 and Immediately thought 'why on earth can't we have a sample softwar editor and Slicing on our MC 101? the TR-6 has an official editor it and it comes free despite the TR-6 is now about 380 Euro brand new. I know may times it has been remembered that the Zenology Pro has all we need..and NOT. you can't make kits but only editing what Roland offers with their packs.. legit ok but hey..is not much to ask to allow Users arranging their sample or visually adjust recordings ect.. for more than 500 Euro I expect a free editor just like for the TR-6 or the P-6 ....is my cent

I hear ya; an MC-101 editor would be helpful.

But... the TR editor does not have sample management. It can be useful, but has limitations.

Check out this guy's investigation and frustration (Roland added a bunch of knobs to control synth parameters in the editor, but with no CC's or MIDI Learn, so using a hardware controller to control these parameters is not possible...)...
