FA06 Workstation PC Editor

I bought the FA06 PC Editor from the Microsoft Store; I am able to configure the editor and everything works 'except' when I have Cubase running.
Unfortunately I use Cubase for writing as well as routing audio and MIDI so this really needs to be working. I tried contacting the vendor but the enail just bounces - tchelsoft@gmail.com - I don't know where else to go for support.
Can anyone advise if there is a setting that can be changed to allow Cubase and the FA Editor to run simultaneously?
