Hello, I am brand new to this forum so I apologize if there is already a topic on this... But tonight I had a fairly easy gig, just had 2 videos both coming from Playback Pro. I let the first one play on loop for about an hour, switched to my logo during some opening remarks, after which I was supposed to switch back to Playback Pro for the second video... I could see it playing on my multiview, and i could hear it in my speakers... the problem was, once I switched back to Playback Pro, i lost all signal to the projectors... even trying to go back to my logo would not work! So as I was scrambling to get music back on I restarted the Switcher and my Mac, which seemed to fix it.

I dont believe the problem was with the mac or Playback pro as i could still hear it and see it in my multiview.

If anyone could help shed some light on what happened that would be appreciated, so I could try to avoid this in the future. I believe I am pretty comfortable using switchers after 7 or 8 years of teching, but mistakes could always happen anywhere... thank you for reading and your help!
