System Program 1.20 Requested Enhancements
6 May 2020, 14:531.20 Missing Feature - Tone Export
The Roland ZEN-Core web site claims that sounds can be shared between platforms:
“Take a sound made on a FANTOM and play it in the spotlight on an AX-Edge. Or take a luscious JUPITER-X synth patch and play it on the RD-88 Stage Piano, dramatically simplifying your setup and expanding your options. You can share a sound with a bandmate or co-creator, even if you have different Roland hardware....” https://www.roland.com/us/promos/zen-core/
This feature, advertised prominently on the Roland website, does not exist. Please do not claim that a complete system backup is “sharing.” Besides, the above talks about different hardware.
Likewise, please do not claim that the old handwritten patch sheets work to share something as complicated as a ZEN-Core tone. Although, at least one person has posted multiple pictures of the X display to share a patch on Facebook.
Please provide this advertised but missing capability for the X & Xm.

Although, I do not think this is an "enhancement" - it clearly seems to be an advertised yet missing feature.
