JV-1010 Performance Patches Issues

Recently I got my hands on a JV-1010. I was a fool to sell my JV-1080 with expansion cards. One issue I am having, is with the performance patches: User, A, and B banks. I am using my Yamaha CP40 as a controller. Also I factory reset the JV. When in Performance Mode, I can get the User Performance patches to play, but A and B play only regular patches, and not the listed Performance Patches.
