"FA" Acronym

Does anyone know what the "FA" in FA-06/FA-08 stands for?

It's not Fantom, right? Any ideas?

Thanks,

I thought maybe that was it too but I think Candy (a user on this board) said it was not.

Maybe Fantom-A (as opposed to Fantom-X, Fantom-G, etc.)?

Hmmm....

I thought it was just "FA(ntom)" as Roland seemed to want to move away from the X and the G (big silvers) but still refer to the Fantom heritage. Again, I may well be wrong.

The guy in my local music store who sold me my FA-06 told me that Roland had a copyright issue with using the word Fantom with that particular spelling. Where he got that from I don't know, he could have been making it up for all I know! Wouldn't make sense as Roland had used it over several keyboards spanning what, 12 years or so?
