Roland uk login problem

Hiya, Received my FA 06 on Wednesday and must say I'm very highly impressed! will be using the forum and have been following it for a while now, along with the integra 7 page. Purchased the keyboard from Dolphin Music "excellent service" however, part of the incentive to buy was the "free gig bag" offered. Unfortunately upon registering on the Roland Uk website to claim the free bag, I find it faulty, allowing me to log in with my username, but not access my account despite logging in from the link they sent me, which oviously means I cant claim my bag! was wondering if anyone else have had problems before I delve further? :)

I can log in to My Roland with no problem.

As an update, it appears I'm not the only one to have had problems, I've posted on Rolands own forum and it seems to be new users trying to register products. I'm waiting now to see how long it takes them to respond. I've always used Roland gear and always found them to be most helpful when I've needed them, "Including sending out parts to me, whilst working abroad and saving my skin" haha. But never had any online dealings with them before now. Here's hoping.
