Just purchased V-Synth V2, quick questions

This is a beauty. Couple of things..

1) There's quite a click when keys pressed fairly hard - like they're bottoming out on the chassis. Is this nomal?

2) one key slightly chipped and i wish to replace. Is there a certain type to get, and is it easy to do. IE, does the panel just lift up and voila! I' guessing probably not...

Probably best to contact Roland for the replacement part, or visit an authorized Roland dealer to AT LEAST get the correct part number. Then you can try to cross-ref said part number on the web for a possible cheaper source. You will need to know the key (note) number (e.g., key C3).\

How bad is the click? Do all the keys do it? If not, is there something flexing, broken or stuck underneath? I have an Xt, but I had a chance to play a V-Synth KB and the keys were fairly quiet.

I am sure you will love your V. Do you mind telling us/ me how much you bought your v-synth for with a broken key?
I am interested in the goiong rate for V's (the original one). I got mine for $900 as the price dropped when the GT was about to come out. The lowest I have ever seen one for on ebay or craigslist is $650.
cheers,
Ian
