X6 sequencer to VS2000???

Will I be able to record 16 tracks from the x6 to 16 tracks of a roland vs2000cd via midi? If so, how can I make this happen? I recorded some takes on the x6 sequencer and I would like to record them on my vs all synced up so that I may add vocals.
