Looking for some advice as to what sliders/knobs should be set to when playing live. At the moment I have volume/aftertouch/chorsu/reverb...

What you set your controllers to is down to what you need to do while playing live! I haven't bothered to change any of the default settings as I haven't had any need of controllers live thus far.
