Still Having Troube Making Smaller Projects

Hey Roland Friends. I am still having trouble creating smaller projects. Here is the NEW problem. As I posted earlier, I have 4 projects of 50 songs of various styles. My goal is to create smaller more defined projects for faster loading time. For example, Rock prj. Dinner prj., etc. I want to extract songs from my main 4 projects. What I have done thus far is copy a project, and then delete unwanted songs. This worked until I realized that it didn't delete Samples, or Phrases. Sooo, I went in and tediously deleted EACH unwanted song, phrase and sample. OK, Great, the load time is quick, BUT when I go to dial in a song, there are all of these "Initial Song" spaces! It is a royal pain to find songs, or file them is an alphebetical order. PLEASE, can someone help. My only other option is to copy these songs into my Motif XS. Is there a workaround? Anyway to COPY a song within the project so that it fills an empty song slot? Thanks again!

You can either re-save each song to a location closer to the top of the list, or use your computer to re-number them, i.e. 025MySong.SVQ to 001MySong.SVQ and so on.
