Kawai ES 6

Has anyone out there played the ES 6 and if so, any thoughts, good or bad?

I'm tying to decide between the RD 700 GX and the Kawai ES6... Kawai is almost $1,000 less, but many fewer features and the action not as good.. on the other hand, no key wear issues with the Kawai and very good piano samples, but only 30 tones... it is also a stage piano..

I play on a ES5 at church and hate it. I don't like the action or sounds much. I have a Fantom x8 and prefer the action and sounds much more. It's just that it is heavy and the ES5 is setup so all I need to do is bring myself.

I think you will regret buying the kawai...after all, given you are looking for a piano, and the keybed is 80% of it.. why settle?..

I purchased my RD700GX off eBay used and after two weeks i could NOT be more delighted.. its own sounds are stunning, and the action and feel of the keybed are amazing.. it actually has markedly transformed the piano patches in the G6 when used as a controller.

if you are still excessively concerned over the keywear, simply trim your nails

I am leaning towards the Rd 700 GX
