Shuffle/Groove Advice

When using the Quantize Shuffle or Groove, is it better to have all the drums on one part (i.e. everything on part 10) or have the drums separated on to their own individual parts (i.e. Kick on part 10, snare on part 11, and so on)?

Hi BirdFLU,

i would answer this way: If you want different grooves == quantizations on different parts you keep it this way. If you want to have them all the same quantization put them on one part.

For some grooves if often quantize BD & Snare hard but use shuffling quantize for hihat sounds.
