Hi, I recently purchased a pm16 with some drum pads and a r8 and was wonder if its possible to setup so the pads can trigger the sounds of the r8. What I had intended to do was add some electronic drums to my acoustic set and have the electronic drums sounds just put through a PA. I can't figure out how to set it all up to actually have the sound come out through speakers. Is this possible with these two units or do I need something else? and if so how would it be done.
I'm new to all the midi stuff so am not really sure what im doing. I tried briefly looking through the manuals but dont have the actually copies so with the hundreds of pages and being its a pdf its hard and takes along time to look though.
Any help would be appreciated
