Juno-G key cleaning

28 Nov 2008, 21:08
I live in LA and my Juno G is located near my window, after realizing I'm getting soot from the polluted air or the cars that go by, even with the cover on my keyboard it's on my keys.

I've moved the keyboard since then (of course)

I've tried a light damp cloth but it really doesn't clean it well. Any recommendations?

ha ha... dishwasher....
Tim.... on the serious side... i usually use a little diluted windex or similar cleaner (without the amonia)
any mild water based cleaner should do the job... for the tight areas between the black keys, get a box of Qtips. i clean my keys about every two or three months and have had no problems with using various "MILD" cleaning solutions. Good luck! j

Becareful with chemicals. Not a good way to clean your keyboard with. Cleaning with a soft cloth would be most appropriate. Also, checking the keyboard under its shell is your likely next step, because of the filth building up on the circuit panels. This could muddle up the brain of the keyboard in the nearest future. """ YIKES """
