Pedal Live set increase error?

I use the Boss FS5U for going to the next live set.
I use the Pedal 3 input for that.
However, when I first step on the Boss FS5u it increases the live set with 2 instead of 1.
But this only happens the first time after turning the Fantom on.
Anyone familiair with this "problem"?
