I hope so, but reading the patch names I see very few patches with similar names at all...

I was really counting on having these. I sure hope they just combined the Brass Falls, Rips, Shakes, etc. with the new patches. But I also don't see Pop Brass, C tp section, etc.

Someone else will have to confirm this, but I don't think the waveforms are organized exactly the same to port the correct wave for each patch from the 5080.

Hey...could someone out there demo the brass patches for us?

I want to see if the trills and glissando's from the SRX-10 are built in to the patches. I know the falls will be there.

I own SRX-10, and I was never that thrilled with it. But it does have a number of sounds which, when mixed in a track, work. Especially the French Horns. It will be good to have these built in to the "G". I hope they put the strings from SRX-04 in as well. I alternate between a couple of core string patches in the "X", based on 2 different multisamples (internal), but have never found one that really floats my boat. I always liked the sound of SRX-04 from the demos I heard, but never checked it out in person.
