SPD-S changing the tempo of wave files

Hi,
My question is if it is possible to change in the spd s the tempo of a imported wave file. Would be great if someone could help me, thanks

Page 34 in the manual, "Tempo Sync" in the PAD CONTROL. Note you need to first set the sample type to PHRASE, and specify it's tempo and time signature.
