I've got a faulty fader on VM3100 - delatronics want £90+vat for the job - ridiculous when i can pick up a new mixer for not much more.

I wondered if anyone has ever replaced a fader. I've stripped it down to the board, but am not sure how to remove the fader from its enclosure.

Anyone done it? Could offer advice - many thanks!
