Hi,

new XT owner here. I read that version 1.0 had a different set of patches, more synthy. Are they available? Also the patches here - on the Roland website it says most of them are for version1.xx only. So will they load into version 2 or not? I haven't dared overwrite the presets yet, will take me some time to figure it out.

Thanks

The OS 1.x patches were more experimental, but frankly in OS 2.0 there are enough experimental sounds too and much more (like cool drum/percussion kits). The 2.0 wave set is much more useful than 1.x too.

As about the patches, the Analog Collection from 1.x series should load fine, and there are more 2.0 patches at our site: http://v-tribe.info/downloads/patches/.
