Need an APR at 1/32nd notes

Need an APR at 1/32nd notes

Hi,

I have a song that sequenced data that I was hoping to play live with an apregiator. It's two notes followed by a kind trill sound of 4 of the same note at 1/32nd intervals. I was dissapointed to find that the Fantom ARP will only go to 1/24 th notes. I tried a workaround by doubling the tempo and using 1/16ths but... my song is at 126bpm. Double == 252bmp. It seems that a patch will not remember the tempo or the Arp applied - or the fact that the APR switch is on :( So, I tried to use a performance, but the performance won't remember the tempo either unless you set it in the Ctrl Setting page - and guess what... the "Recommended Tempo" in that page only goes to 250bpm!

What's the deal!?! The Fantom seems to not be very well equipped for live playing ... :( How does it compare to other synths?

Can anyone suggest how else I can achieve this patch / performance / whatever I need to do. Perhaps saving it as a song would work but I have to switch to it quickly and songs take a while to load :(

I have some other ideas but I'm curious to see what other folks would do.

In case you're interested, you can listen to the song I'm talking about here. It's called "Lies and Lines in the Mirror"

If i were you I would look at using a step lfo to get the desired effect and create a tempo synced arp
