Filter cut off broken Fantom X-6

Dear,

I am playing with the Roland fantom X-6 for more than ten years live on stage with different projects. Since a few months the filter cut off , which is controlled by the real time controller knobs, is not working properly anymore. If I turn the knob it doesn't change the filter at first sight. If I keep on turning all of a sudden it's jumping to the other cut off but not properly. the sounds is clipping and if there's a patch with an effect on (for example guitar amp) the effects are gone and appearing in a clipping way.
The issue occurs on all patches. A factory reset didn't solve the problem. Also assigning the filter cut off to other knobs didn't solve the issue. It seems that it is an internal problem, no hardware problem with the knob.
Is this a common issue? If so, are there options to fix this issue or is it time for a new workstation? Because without a proper filter cut off, it's no use anymore.

Thanks,

Maarten

This is a forum for the 2019 Fantoms and not your old X series (that's in the Fantom-S and Fantom-X forum). However, as a previous X7 I will tell you that the pots for the real-time knobs did fail over time and would cause erroneous or uncontrollable changes to parameters. Any competent repair shop can solder in new pots (replace all pots on all knobs at once, including volume knob, because if one is failing the others aren't too far behind) and it is not a very expensive repair.
